The freedom to sing.....

             Lyrics                                                                                      Music
Sound                                Experience
              Observation    Story
     Honor                                                           Cleanse   Release
                  Share    Inspire
Create             Destroy                      Heal

You have heard me say, we all carry a "song". We sing this song for many reasons. Our song is the message or essence we are here to share....the pinnacle of effect and healing we pass on to other life here on Planet Earth this time around.

I sat at the Tribute concert for Dan on Saturday night of the memorial weekend and heard him say in his own words that if he could have only written one song, Leader of the Band would have been his song.
There was little elaboration, and we can all assume it is because this song is such a beautiful tribute to his father. The song is melodic and sweet, complex and simple at the same time.We can assume many things. It is fine for us to assume. However, the deep realization of a personal song can never fully be accessed by another; and it is not meant to be. Our message is as subjective and specialized as anything else....our DNA, our soul, our core.

My point is that Dan knew that this song was the song he was meant to sing. The reasons are personal and the privacy behind that needs to be honored. Whatever was needed to be conveyed, broadcast and energetically sent out over the space that is our awareness was conveyed, broadcast and sent out.

The question remains.....
What is your song?                  How will you discover it?
                          Why do you sing it?

Are you willing  to discover it?

                                                             Once discovered..........
                                                                                                                    will you sing it?

Birth your inner song.............sing your essence, sweet bird!
